Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing LTEC Training Services for your training needs. Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official channels: online via our website, by phone, or by email.
A booking is only confirmed once full payment or a deposit (if applicable) is received.
You will receive a confirmation email with course details, including date, time, location, and any prerequisites.
2. Payment Terms
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For corporate or group bookings, an invoice will be issued, and payment terms will be outlined in the agreement.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Participant:
If you cancel more than 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person or reschedule to a future course (subject to availability).
Cancellation by LTEC:
In the unlikely event that LTEC cancels a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.
LTEC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation).
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the course start date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of €20.
5. Attendance and Certification
Participants must arrive on time and attend the full duration of the course to receive certification.
Late arrivals or early departures may result in non-certification.
Certificates will be issued via email after course completion.
6. Special Requirements
Please inform us of any special requirements (e.g., mobility issues, learning needs) at the time of booking so we can accommodate you.
7. Compliance with Irish Regulations
LTEC complies with all relevant Irish regulations, including:
Consumer Protection Act 2007
Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 and GDPR
Health and Safety at Work Regulations
